Continuous training and support forms the bedrock of modern business thinking and is designed not only to improve staff capability and morale but also to forge common thinking which in turn leads to achieving common goals.

All too often the pest control industry has led with the mantra that working closely with the client and partnership arrangements are vital to achieving success. And this is very true; however maybe not enough thought has gone into training of staff on both sides of the same coin in meaningful site and business type specific terms.

We offer a range of off the peg full or half day course all of which are fully certificated and each course is run by a fully qualified tutor to include:

  • General pest awareness.
  • Rodent control and awareness.
  • Insect control and awareness.
  • Bed bug control and awareness.
  • Insect identification.
  • General reporting procedures.
  • HACCP awareness
  • Basic Food Hygiene training and certification.

Our site specific training for client staff has an unlimited scope and is designed to link up with current events, issues or specific pest problems being experienced on site. This can either take the form of formal classroom training or a more hands on approach of a conducted site tour.
